Our School
Founded in 2009 on the banks of the Ganges in Rishikesh, Swami Vivekanand Yoga School is a place where ancient yogic wisdom meets purposeful modern teaching. Inspired by the vision of Swami Vivekananda and guided by founder Mohan Vadani’s lifelong dedication, our school was built with a clear mission: to share the science and soul of yoga with the world.
For over 15 years, we've trained thousands of students from across the globe—offering authentic, in-depth yoga education through certified teacher training programs, meditation courses, and retreats for all levels. Our roots are deep in Vedic tradition, but our teaching is accessible, structured, and focused on real-life transformation.
Our school, nestled near Laxman Jhula in the spiritual heart of Rishikesh, offers a peaceful and immersive environment surrounded by nature and sacred energy. Every session, every mantra, and every breath here carries the spirit of Swami Vivekananda’s message: unity, strength, and inner freedom.
Today, people from all corners of the globe come here to study, heal, reflect, and grow. Whether you stay for three days or three months, you’ll leave with more than a certificate—you’ll carry something deeper: an experience, a shift, a spark.
This is our story.
And maybe, it’s where yours begins, too.
Our Mission
“To share authentic, life-changing yoga education that bridges ancient wisdom with modern understanding - empowering individuals to live consciously, teach ethically, and serve compassionately.”
